Scrubbers and BWTS installations
AP&A is a world leading contractor for scrubber installations and has a dedicated Advance Emissions. Purification and Ballast Water Treatment installation team. This includes experienced personnel for feasibility, design, purchasing, logistics, project management, installation, commissioning and GRVE technicians. It is the only Greek company to have undertaken complete, in service afloat scrubber installations.
AP&A Projects Include:
RCCL “Explorer of the Seas”. World’s most complex afloat in service installation – AP&A turnkey from design to commissioning, including provision of all technicians, project management and materials.
• 4 x Wartsila Scrubbers, 2 silencers, 8000m piping including GRVE.
• 50,000 meters cabling, 900m3 Tanks.
• 4,290 people onboard.
MSC – Zhejiang Energy scrubber projects
Over 30 projects for MSC container vessels including for 3D scanning and GRV pipe installation works.
BWTS has undertaken numerous installations in services and in shipyards around the world for vessel types including bulk carriers, tankers and cruise vessels.
AP&A has its own 3D scanning equipments, engineers and technicians, providing all or part BWTS services from technoeconomic evaluation through to commissioning.
