AP&A was established in 1988 by its Managing Director, Mr. Andreas Papadakis (BSc. Marine Eng. CEng., IMAREST.SNAME), a Marine Engineer who has held a number of technical management positions in Greek and U.K. shipping companies since the 1970s.
